Information Obligation
The administrator of the User's personal data provided through the contact form, i.e., the entity deciding on the purposes and methods of their processing, is WIRMET Maja Gogulska, ul. Poznańska 72, 62-051 Wiry, NIP: 783-193-43-93 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
Personal data provided by the User in the contact form is processed by the Administrator based on the consent given by the User, within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
Providing personal data in the contact form is voluntary. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Administrator at biuro@wirmet.eu, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The User has the right to access their personal data at any time, to rectify, delete or restrict processing, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
The Administrator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
- Communication with the User, in particular handling complaints regarding the Administrator's products or services;
- Presenting commercial offers to the User electronically;
- Presenting commercial offers to the User by phone;
- Enabling the User to submit comments or opinions regarding the Administrator's products or services.
The Administrator may also process the User's personal data provided in the contact form for the following purposes:
- for the purpose of concluding and performing any agreement between the User and the Administrator and handling the User as the Administrator's customer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- for the purpose of conducting financial settlements with the User who is the Administrator's customer under any agreement concluded between the parties, as well as potential pursuit of claims from the User as a customer within the Administrator's legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations to tax authorities under separate regulations in accordance with Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- for the purpose of implementing the Administrator's marketing activities within the Administrator's legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as well as in accordance with declarations of intent regarding marketing communication made to the Administrator. Consents given in the scope of marketing communication (e.g., for sending commercial information electronically or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations towards the User specified in GDPR, within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The User's personal data is or may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
